Son Heung-min said he was displeased with Antonio Conte's decision to substitute him during Tottenham's 3-0 win over Arsenal on Thursday.
Son had given Spurs a three-goal lead over Arsenal for the first time ever.
He won a penalty, which Harry Kane converted, and was fouled four times by Rob Holding, who was eventually sent off on 33 minutes.
Kane scored twice more before Son scored early in the second period.
Son scored his 21st Premier League goal this season. It moved him one point behind Golden Boot leader Mo Salah.
Son wanted to play the full game to give himself the best chance of overtaking Salah.
With 18 minutes left, the fourth official removed Son's number seven and replaced him with Steven Bergwijn.
