Choose your'shrooms first. White button mushrooms work best. Mix mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings. Add ground beef in any ratio you like. Make burger patties by hand.
Oil the patties and grill them at 450 °F. Cook for 5-7 minutes per side. Serve burgers on buns with lettuce, tomato, and condiments.
