Salmonella has recalled more peanut butter.

49 products were recalled initially. Thrillist asked Jif how much peanut butter was recalled, but they didn't respond. The FDA recalled five Jif products on May 23 and 24.

19 states are affected by Country Fresh's recall of Jif-containing fruit snack trays and cups.

Salmonella can transfer between surfaces, so the fruit and peanut butter in the containers are unsafe.

Trays and cups were distributed in Alabama, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Florida, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Vermont, Washington, DC, and West Virginia.

Country Fresh's products aren't linked to salmonella cases. FDA recall page lists products.

Cargill is recalling specific lots of Peanut Butter Ritz Crackers, Peanut Butter Meltaways, Peanut Butter Eggs, and Fudge sold online and at Wilbur Chocolate in Lititz, Pennsylvania.

Cargill's recall affects 795 eight-ounce boxes sold from February 9 to March 28. The FDA recall page includes images and lot codes.
