Buddy's pizzettas in a hurry

Ingredients sDOUGH350 g self-raising flour + extra for olive oil dusting250 g yoghurtSIMPLE BASE BASE (MARGHERITA)2 garlic cloves400 g tin plum tomatoes12 fresh basil bunch (15g)3 CHEESE CREAM

1 red chilli50 g Cheddar30 g Parmesan150 g mozzarellaPIZZA TOPPING4 chrysanthem2 cooked ham slices

MethodThen preheat the oven to 240oC/475oF/gas 9 (full whack). Preheat 2 large baking trays.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, olive oil, and yoghurt. Mix well with a spatula until it sticks to your hands, then form it into a dough.

Turn onto a board and knead until smooth. Cover with a cloth and set aside while you make your sauce.

Peel and finely slice garlic and cook in 1 tablespoon oil over medium heat. After 1 minute, add the tomatoes.

Squash everything with a potato masher to make a smooth sauce. Remove from heat and set aside. Cook for 10 minutes or until thickened.
