1) Drinking sweetened coffee 

High-calorie sugary coffee drinks may provide you calories from the milk and syrups, but those calories won't deliver a continuous energy like a well-balanced meal would.

The sugar and caffeine will give you a sugar rush, but without food, your energy will shortly drop.

2) Eating processed meats

As delicious as breakfast meats such as bacon and sausage may be to consume, they don't help you look younger. 

Once in a while is fine, but its lack of fiber, high saturated fat, and nitrates can stress the body and lead to aging if not done in moderation or at all.

3) Not eating anti-oxidant rich foods

You're missing out on antioxidants if you don't include any vegetables or fruits on your breakfast plate, which is why it's  important to bring color to your meal.

To increase the amount of food on your plate, add spinach and tomatoes to your egg sandwich.

4) Not having enough fluid intake

In addition to keeping skin supple, hydration transports nutrients throughout the body.

Look for just a hint of yellow in your urine, or aim for six to eight glasses of water a day.

5) Skipping Breakfast

In terms of aging, skipping breakfast could be detrimental. You may not benefit from doing this on a regular basis if you are concerned about aging and longevity.

People who eat breakfast eat healthier and consume more dietary fiber than those who do not.

6) Eating breakfast at a drive through

The drive-thru breakfast of bacon egg sandwiches and hash browns isn't exactly a healthful option if you're doing it every day. 

Breakfast sandwiches or combo meals may be high in fat, saturated fat, and sodium. Consuming foods high in fat, saturated fat, and sodium may raise your risk of heart disease.
